- Who is not a good fit for this program?Anyone who is breastfeeding or pregnant.
- Can I join while I'm on hormonal birth control (HBC)?All of the tools that I teach are relevant to people who are on HBC and who are off of it. With that said, it is important that we tailor our expectations accordingly! While we can always improve our wellbeing and work towards feeling better, clients who are on HBC may still struggle with symptoms due to the side effects and impacts of HBC. We are in the process of adding more info about this to Hormone Bootcamp!
- What is the time commitment?Hormone Bootcamp consists of the main modules, bonus modules, and bonus courses that you receive access to over the course of 5 weeks. You receive instant access to Module 1 + Hormone Happy Eats once you enroll, and the remaining 5 main modules will become available one at a time, every week, for the first 5 weeks. Your 3 bonus modules will drip out at various points throughout those 5 weeks as well!
This is intentional so that you do not binge the program. I've worked with hundreds of clients, and this content is purposefully timed.

- I'm busy, I'm not sure I have a ton of time to go through a course...Then this is likely a perfect course for you! We live in a busy world and we've got shit to do - so my job is to teach you how to incorporate hormone-supportive habits into your daily life WITHOUT taking away from your life. This course is about ACTION. Don't expect hours of long videos and pages of required readings - that's not my coaching style!
- What is your coaching style?My coaching style is about giving you what you need to get to your result! I am a no fluff, no bullshit, no busy work kind of gal. This program is about getting you the info I've found to be important to help you implement and work towards your goals.
- Do you have a gaurantee?I don't guarantee health results but I do have a "no client left behind" mindset, meaning that I will absolutely work with you to help you get what you need to out of this program! It is always up to the client to fully utilize the resources such as the FB group and implement the materials and it is my job to help you troubleshoot, to work through blocks, and to help you get where you want to go.
