  • When does this start? When do I get access to everything?
    It starts as soon as you join! You have instant access to the materials and you can go through this as slowly or as quickly as you need!
  • What is the time commitment?
    I try to make everything super easy to go through! With the activities, meditations, and PDFs, this program should take no more than an hour and a half to go through. After that, implementation should easily integrate into your daily life.
  • What if I need more support?
    We've had nearly 200 womxn go through this program successfully and I feel really confident that you're getting everything you need! With that being said, I do offer 1:1 support and you can reach out to hi@caleeshea.com if you want to chat about working 1:1!   • Is there anyone who shouldn't join this program?
    HHE is not designed for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I want to do this but I'm a really picky eater...
    The body thrives on balanced meals that consist of variety. Limited meals or repetitive meals are a major contributor to inflammation. If you're here, it is likely that your current habits aren't benefiting your health, so you get to decide what is more important to you right now. There's no wrong answer and no judgement, but picky eating is not something I cater to in this program.
  • How quickly will I see results?
    Many womxn see small wins within the first few weeks, but I am unapologetically honest when I tell you that true, long-term results take time. Healing is a marathon, not a sprint, and what we do now impacts our cycle health in 100 days. So, you need to be willing to show up consistently for 3-6 months +

    This program is not a "30 day quick fix" because those don't work. I wish they did, but I would be doing you a disservice if I told you otherwise. HHE will teach you sustainable lifestyle changes—that means CHANGE that lasts for a LIFETIME. Doesn’t that sound better than a quick fix?
  • I'm vegan/ vegetarian so will the nutrition portion still work for me?
    Yes! Hormone Happy Eats accommodates vegan/ vegetarian diets.
  • I have a history of disordered eating, is this program okay for me to do?
    We have had womxn in this program who have a history of disordered eating and they've really thrived. With that being said, it is your job to determine if you're ready for something like this. We don't damn any foods around here, but we do reevaluate nutrition in a way that can best serve your goal of healthy hormones. I recommend working with a therapist or healthcare provider in conjunction with this course to ensure that you are feeling confident about the work you're doing!
